Leading the Figure of Eight slate and commercial strategy. Managing the intersection of creative development and broadcast delivery.
HAZE (BA Hons) | Director of Photography
Architect of the visual aesthetic. With experience on major broadcast productions including ITV’s Grace, Haze brings high-end drama standards and cinematic shorthand to every frame.
LOU | Wardrobe & Creative Stylist
Managing the on-screen identity. Lou ensures the visual narrative extends to the aesthetic detail and character styling of every production.
EREN | Production Fixer & Unit Manager
The logistical engine of the collective. From location permitting and scouting to unit moves and crew welfare, Eren ensures the Brighton unit operates with surgical precision and efficiency.
TOM (AAT) | Lead Researcher
Combining editorial deep-dives with financial oversight. Tom ensures our projects are as factually grounded as they are budget-conscious, maintaining accuracy from script to screen.
SARA (ACCA) | Production Controller
Managing high-level financial tracking and compliance. With an ACCA background, Sara ensures our production accounts meet the rigorous fiscal standards of national broadcast.
